More than 50 years ( established in 1956 ) of KVM experience in the concrete machine business are useful to meet the customer’s requirements.

In co-operation with their clients , KVM offers solutions , designs and constructs new concrete production plants as well as upgrades the existing ones.

KVM offers standard projects as well as tailor-made , to suit the individual need.

The KVM portfolio :

Professional concrete paving , kerbstones , bricks and blocks production lines , of various shapes , colors and dimensions. The KVM block-making machines are entirely automated and the production line ( including handling , cubing strapping etc. ) can be either semi automated or entirely automated and robotic. The size of KVM machine ( 3 fabrication series ) , the production line architecture , the product type and the personnel skills determine a production capacity of 500 – 3600 sqm standard paving stones.

Asphalt mixing plants , production capacity 80 – 320 tph. The KVM VIKING ( 80 – 160 tph ) , FREJA ( 120 – 240 tph ) , and ODIN ( 160 – 320 tph ) asphalt mixing plants , static or transportable versions , are state of the art with respect to flexibility, availability, performance , a minimum of maintenance , easy operation and environment friendly.

High quality road marking machines , for urban , freeway and highway purposes , using cold and/or hot ( thermoplastic ) paint , with different tank capacities ( up to 3000 l ) and with an application speed up to 30 km/h.
