HAWKEYE PEDERSHAAB
The high versatile HAWKEYE PEDERSHAAB machine and production line program is based on the VIHY principle invented by HAWKEYE Pedershaab in 1948. VIHY indicates that the concrete is moulded and consolidated by means of VIbration and HYdraulic pressure.
HAWKEYE PEDERSHAAB offers a wide range of machines for the manufacturing of virtually all types of concrete pipes and manhole products : reinforced and non-reinforced concrete pipes, circular and non-circular pipes with or without socket, with or without prebed, manholes ( base sections , rings , cones ) and tapers. Besides, box culverts and pipes lined on the inside with PVC , grade rings , cover slabs , utility boxes can be manufactured. The system is delivered as a stationary production unit with casting below floor level.
The concrete pipes inner diameter range is 300 – 4000mm and the maximum dimensions for box culverts or other square units are 3600 x 3600mm. The effective length of the products is up to 3000mm.
